"Loose tipped" Firewood:
Once ordered we will call you within 1-2 days to arrange delivery of your firewood. Your firewood will be delivered with a 3.5t tipper truck and the driver will get the van as close to your desired delivery drop off point. As the truck is rear wheel drive there are limitations, we will not be able to drive over any grass or loose surface. We will back the truck and tip the firewood off into a pile. It is then your responsibility to move or cover the wood. We do not handle the wood in any way. Please checkout the "delivery" section of our website to see a video of our tipper truck in action. If you have ordered nets we will unload the nets to the nearest delivery point.
Crate Delivery:
Once ordered we will call you within 1-2 working days to arrange a delivery day for your crate. The crates are sent with our national delivery partner "Palletline" and the deliveries are carried out on the specific day we have arranged with you. Palletline deliver your crates with a large 7.5-12ton tail lift vehicle. This truck is slightly bigger than a normal rubbish or recycling truck so access needs to be good for them to deliver to your property. The driver will unload your crate with the tail lift and put the crate to curb side. In some cases if the access is flat and level (no grass or gravel) the driver will wheel the crate onto your drive. This isn't guaranteed so please don't rely on the driver doing this.
